Justice John Marshall was a federalist who believed in a strong national government and certianly moved in this direction with his Marbury ruling. Do you think it is proper for a Supreme Court Justice to allow his or her personal political opinions to influence the ruling of the court? Explain.

It is not proper for political opinions to get the final say in any court hearings or court cases in which there is a lack of equality but instead an addition of bias which can get the judge fired
