There are two circles, one represented by the equation (x+2)²+(y-6)²=729 and the other is represented by the equation (x-16)²+(y+49)²=28²

a. Which circle has a bigger area? Explain how you know. Be clear and complete.

b. Other than the area, how are these two circles different? Be clear and complete.

Answer:

a) The second one because it has a radius of 28 while the 1st one has a radius of square ( 729)=27

b) the two circles have different centers

1st cercle O ( -2, 6)

2nd one O' ( 16,-49)

and they don't have different radius as explained above
