The texture of a soil determines soil water-holding capacity, permeability, and soil workability. it is organized by Sand, silt, clay, and organic matter.

And Soil structure is the arrangement of the soil particles into aggregates of various sizes and shapes.

Soil structure is the classification of sand, salt and clay.

Textural is the grouping of soils based upon relative proportions of the sand structure
