QUICK NEED HELP!!!! 35 POINTS!!!

How can an established amendment to the Constitution be repealed?
A) a new amendment has to be proposed and ratified, changing the old amendment.
B) the old amendment can go through a denial process to be eliminated.
C) congress can vote to remove the amendment from the Constitution.
D) state legislatures can repeal the amendment in their various states.

I believe the answer is A: but only by the ratification of another amendment
