(4/3 - 5x) / 1/3 - (x - 2/5) / 1/5 <= 1

Dividing by 1/3 is equivalent to multiplying y 3 and dividing by 1/5 is equivalent to multiplying by 5. So we have:-

3 (4/3 - 5x) - 5(x - 2/5 ) <= 1

4 - 15x - 5x + 2 <= 1

-20x + 6 <= 1

-20x <= -5

x >= 1/4 (Note when dividing by a negative the inequality sign is flipped).
