The slope perpendicular to an undefined slope is: 0

Example:

x = 5 is a vertical line and has an undefined slope.

The line perpendicular to it is y = any value which has a slope of 0.

I hope this makes sense. If not, please post the homework question so we can help you find the circumcenter.
