Answer:

Explanation:

Alright, lets get started.

For finding the perimeter, lets first find all sides

Side between point (5,8) and (12,0) is :

√((12-5)^2+(0-8)^2)

√(49+64)

10.63

side between point (12,0) and (-5,0) is :

√((-5-12)^2+0) = 17

Side between point (-5,0) and (-12,8) is :

√((-12+5)^2+(8-0)^2) = 10.63

Side between (-12,8) and (5,8) is :

√((-12-5)^2+(8-8)^2)=17

So, the perimeter will be addition of all 4 sides

Hence perimeter is =
10.63+17+10.63+17 = 55.26

So rounding off to nearest tenth,

the perimeter is 55.3 unit : so the answer is B

Hope it will help :)
