Prior to Ed's passing away his phone was to make work as much fun as possible and less stressful. Although it was more of a selfish reason for Ed but it worked out for the interest of the company. This boasted the relationship within the company making everyone happy. Everybody was treated special to the company regardless of how they worked, there was no pillars nor competition. Although Ed was never working from the HRM perspective he still delivered some of the important key roles within the HRM which was fairness and happiness within employees. After his passing away, the pillar system was not sustained.
