The Presidential Appointees is a commission made of 15 people whom are appointed by the President. Eleven of them are from government agencies and four of them are private citizens whom represent employees with special needs or disabilities. Taking into account this, the disadvantage of having them serving in the government is the fact that they may not represent accurately the people they are speaking on behalf of, which leads to non-conformism in the people.
