The measure of angle D is 39 degrees.

Since it’s an isosceles triangle, the two unmarked angles are equal. Since you know there are 180° in a triangle, subtract 102° from 180° to get 78°. Then, cut that in half since you need to divide it equally among the two remaining angles.
