I can say anything I want, but Choice-C is the only correct statement on this list.

By the way . . . There is only one "net force" acting on the object in this picture. It's a force of 120N pointing down. That's why the object is accelerating down.

C. The object is accelerating down.

This is because the vectors on the left and right of the box cancel out since 100N - 100N = 0N. Now we just have the up and down vector forces. Since 720 N is greater than 600 N, it follows that 720N - 600N = 120N down.
