Can you guys please help. if i dont get this done by tomarrow im gonna get locked out of my account.

Jana collects the quarters from a fountain every day for ten days. The table shows the number of quarters she collected each day.


If she collected 30 quarters on Day 11 what would happen to the mean?

A) The mean would lower.

B) The mean would be higher.

C) The mean would stay the same.

D) There is not enough information.

The mean is the average of the data, to get it you have to sum all the quarters collected and divide it by 10 (the number of days).

After the addition of the 11th day, the mean will increase because 30 quarters is greater than all of the other quarters collected in one day.
