To convert an equation to slope intercept form, you have to isolate the y variable.

-2x + 3y = 15

Add 2x to both sides.

3y = 2x + 15

Divide all terms by 3.

y = 1.5x + 5 is the original equation in slope-intercept form.

I hope this answers your question!
