Her coach decides to send her to the hospital to see if she has neurological damage. Why might this be a good idea, even though almost one-third of all neurologically healthy people tap this slow or slower

I think the answer is that if she wasn’t responding to the coaches taps it means that she she was unconscious and if something doesn’t happen within the next hour she could possibly need to be to the hospital
