the answer is x is less than or equal to -9 (the last one) since the x has to be left alone, you add 3 on both sides. -3+3=0 and -12+3=-9

Answer:

D. x≤-9

Explanation:

Because the 3 on the left is negative, you have to add it to both sides.

When you add 3 to -12, you get -9. This leaves the equation x ≤ -9
