I think this is impossible because if we consider |a|>=0 equation then |3x-5|>=0

and, any minimum is 0 and 0+4
\\eq1 then this equation is not right

No solutions.

Checking with subtracting 4 from both sides to isolate the absolute value:
|3x - 5| = -3
The equation is already false as an absolute value cannot be negative.
