what we know:

10 black

5 brown

2 white

12 multi color

What is the question:

For every one brown dog there is 2 ______ dogs?

How to solve:

( I'm going to put it in fraction form )

1/2 is like saying 5 brown/ 10 black because they are equivalent

what if you reduced 5/10? You get 1/2, sooo..........

For every 1 Brown dog, there are 2 Black dogs.
