Answer: Option A

Explanation:

When moist air reaches a colder region then the it get mixed with the colder air which is already present there.

This creates fog, advection fog forms with the mixing of the moist air over cold surface. This mixture condenses the moist warm air and creates fog.

There is a continuous flow of the cold air along with the fog due to the cold air already present there.

You are correct. Fog forms when warm, moist air passes over a cool surface. When the moist, warm air makes contact with the cooler surface air, water vapor condenses to create fog.
