The mixed market means, the government sector is supportive on the property but the ownership of the property is entirely private. And since is private, the mantainance and welfare is in the owner's hand.


However properties like parks, monuments, hospitals, museums, schools, are government property and they are the ones who provide the welfare and mantainance.
