Explanation:

change 2/3 minute to seconds

units must be the same!!!!

1 minute = 60 seconds

2/3 minute * 60 second/minute = 40 seconds

distance = rate * time

distance = 5 ft/sec * 40 second

distance = 5*40 ft= 200 ft
