LIMITING REACTANT-Procedure:

Cream together the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar.
Beat in the egg and the vanilla.
Stir in the flour, salt and baking soda.
Stir in the chocolate chips and the walnuts.
Divide the dough into 24 small balls and place on greased baking sheets
Place in a preheated 375oF oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.


Yield: 24 cookies
