how much more liquid does a cylindrical tank with a radius 3 ft and ht 12 ft hold than a similar tank with radius 2 ft and ht 10 ft

The volume(V) of a cylinder = πr²h ( r is the radius and h the height )

calculate the volumes of both tanks

V = π × 3² × 12 = 108π ← exact value

V = π × 2² × 10 = 40π ← exact value

difference in volumes = 108π - 40π = 68π ≈ 213.6 ft³ ( 1 dec. place )
