If the scale factor of the dilation is k and the center is (0,0), then


(x,y)\rightarrow (kx,ky)

(x,y)\rightarrow (2.4x,2.4y)

From the given figure it is noticed that the coordinates of P are (2,-2). The coordinates of P' are
