1. What rights are protected by the 1st amendment (there are 5)? Are there any limitations?

2. What rights are afforded by the 2nd amendment?

3. What does the 3rd amendment guarantee?

4. What does the 4th amendment protect us from? What is probable cause?

5. What rights are given to us by the 5th amendment (there are 5)?

6. What rights do we get under the 6th amendment?

7. What rights are protected under the 7th amendment?

8. What are we protected from under the 8th amendment? What other documents also include these similar protections (documents that inspired our Founding Fathers)?

9. What are unenumerated rights?

10. According to the 10th amendment, powers not given to the US government and that are not prohibited by the Constitution are given to whom? Why is this important? What is Federalism?

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
