Answer: P=130

2W +2L=130

2(31) + 2(34)=130

W=31

L=34

Explanation:

P=130

2L + 2W

W=L-3

Add all of the sides together to get perimeter.

2(L-3) + 2L=130

2L-6+2L=130

4L-6+6=130+6

4L=136

4L/4=136/4

L=34

W=L-3

W=34-3

W=31
