hello!

In order to find the reciprocal of a number, we should flop it over.

Please consult the formula for more details:-

\sf{The~reciprocal~of~a~is~\displaystyle(1)/(a)}

If we are asked to find the reciprocal of a fraction, then the numerator & denominator switch places:-

\sf{The~reciprocal~of~(a)/(b) ~is~(b)/(a) }

According to the formula, the reciprocal of
\sf{\displaystyle(1)/(18)} is:-

\sf{\displaystyle(18)/(1)}

or

\sf{18}

note:-

Hope everything is clear; if you need any explanation/clarification, kindly let me know, and I will comment and/or edit my answer :)
