I cannot accurately measure the lines on a computer screen, but with the example I have gave you you should be able to answer the questions on your own!

Explanation:

What you would do is put an inch ruler up to the lines and measure how many inches it is then if it passes an inch mark how many 1/4th's it passes then put those two numbers together then that's your answer.

Okay so quarter inch is a quarter of an inch so 1/4. When measuring a line you look at how many inch lines it passes then the 1/4 lines it passes. So when you go to measure the lines you need to get the total of inches it crosses and the 1/4th's and put them together. an example is (6 3/4 in.)

The attachment is an example. The pencil measurement is 1 1/4.
