7) 34 ÷ 99 to get a decimal. If you want a percent, multiply the decimal by 100 and add a percent sign
9) multiply -0.9 by 100 and add a percent sign. The percent will also be negative.
12) the absolute value is the opposite, so the answer is 2.3
14) 2,700 ÷ 600. just write the decimal you get on your answer sheet
