Answer:

(9, 6)

Explanation:

Cartesian Coordinates

The Cartesian coordinates of a point in three dimensions are a triplet of numbers (x,y,z). The three numbers, or coordinates, specify the signed distance from the origin along the x, y, and z-axes, respectively.

Y Axis

A y-axis is the vertical axis on the Cartesian coordinate plane. The y-axis starts at negative infinity and increases to positive infinity.

X Axis

An x-axis refers to the horizontal plane in a Cartesian coordinate system. The x-axis starts at negative infinity and increases to positive infinity.

Solution

Since right on the X axis is positive

7 + 2 = 9

Since downwards on the Y axis is negative

10 - 4 = 6

(9, 6)

(9,6) You add 2 to the X-value if you are moving right then subtract 4 from the Y-value if you are moving down.(that’s how I was taught)
