Answer:

x=1/2

Explanation:

4(3x+1)−2(x−2)=13

(4)(3x)+(4)(1)+(−2)(x)+(−2)(−2)=13

12x+4+−2x+4=13

(12x+−2x)+(4+4)=13

10x+8=13

10x+8−8=13−8

10x=5

Divide both sides by 10

10x/10=5/10

x=1/2

I hope that this helps, have a great day, chao!!

Answer:

I don't know how you do math, or how you have to show your work, but I just usually try different numbers for x.

X=0.5

0.5=1/2

Explanation:

4(3(0.5)+1)-2(0.5-2)=13

Hope this helps!
