Answer: 0.0898

Explanation:

Probability =
(favorable\ outcomes)/(Total\ outcomes)

Given : Sample size : 528

Number pf customers say they are happy = 237

Probability of getting one happy customer=
(237)/(528)

Probability of getting second happy customer=
(236)/(527) [subtract 1 from both numbers]

Probability of getting third happy customer=
(235)/(526)

If 3 customers are elected without replacement

The probability they will all say they are happy with the service =
(237)/(528)*(236)/(527)*(235)/(526)

\approx0.0898

Hence, the required probability = 0.0898
