Generally, temperature plays a major role to the rate of dissolving .The solubility of a particular substance increases as temperature increases. Temperature increase is accompanied by higher kinetic energy. The high kinetic energy acquired by the substance been dissolve allows it to collides and move rapidly thereby easily breaking the bonds holding the particles together. When this particles are dissociated , the rate of dissolving of this individual particles becomes easy.

The logic behind this is that the dissolved substance loses the strength to hold the particles together . The bond holding the particles together are weakened by the high kinetic energy or temperature increase . The individual particles will be left alone and invariably the rate of dissolving will increase.
