The value for ROW 2 COLUMN 1 ( Y ) is 1

Explanation:

From the table the values of X grow proportionally to the value of Y by the factor of 2

i.e x ∝ 2y equation 1

using equation 1 to cross check the values in the table

when x = 6, y = 3

when x = 8, y = 4

when x = 20, y = 10

therefore when x =2, y becomes 1 and when y = 6, x becomes 3
