The first reason I have for my posture is that the western countries have developed amazing technology we could use in our favor to protect ourselves from any of their attacks. Also, we could study with them, understand their advancements and use them to improve them. We Asian powers have more potential than they and could improve everything we take from them and keep it to us.
The second reason I have for my posture is that we need to know the way they think, their objectives, and their aspirations. That way we could prepare for the geopolitical moves they work on. Western nations have achieved very powerful forces, sources of income, and rivalries. Which will eventually drive them to expansionism.
he third reason I have to sustain my posture is that we need to create alliances with local powers to maintain zone stability. We have seen what rivalries have produced in the west and war, starvation, poverty, and chaos is something we don't want to experience in our land. The better local condition we can build with our neighbors, the better life we can build. If we find stability, cooperation, and peace in our zone we will oppose everyone looking for the colonization of Asia.
We the Japanese need to be the light in our region. We need to take the lead to protect ourselves from the foreign powers, and engaging in alliances of cooperation is the best way we have.
