Answer:

y = (x-3)^2

rewrite to make it match the form

y = 1*(x-3)^2 +0

Explanation:

vertex form: a(x-h)^2 +k

where (h,k) is the vertex

y= x^2 -6x+9

factor

y = (x-3)^2

rewrite to make it match the form

y = 1*(x-3)^2 +0

h=3

k=0

I don't know if they want they 1 and the zero included in your answer
