Out of all the components of fitness, which do you feel is most important for daily life and why?

What, motivates people to exercise, how and why?
How can focusing on just one aspect of physical fitness (e.g., muscle strength) cause health problems?

In my opinion, I feel as if physical fitness is the most important for daily life. Being physically fit can help us stay healthy, which is very important for living a good life. Being physically fit also can make a person feel better about themselves.

I think wanting to change their health and physical shape is the main motivation for someone to exercise.

Just focusing on one aspect of physical fitness can be unhealthy, because if you only try to improve one area of fitness, it can cause the other areas of fitness to fail.
