How do i find the slope of 5x-12y=24??

Rearrange into the form y = mx + c

m will be the gradient

5x - 12y = 24

-12y = 24 - 5x

y = (24/-12) - (5/-12)x

y = -2 + (5/12) x

m=5/12

so the gradient is 5/12
