Answer: No (x,y) solution. Or solution set is the empty set

Discussion:

Assuming the equations are as follows:

y = 3x - 11

y = 3x - 13 (the original equation uses a "-", not "=" sign)


these lines are parallel (each has slope m = 3) and therefore have no points on intersection. The solution set is the empty set
