When it has a strong demand from consumers and slightly more supply then it's demand. And of course, if the company is more famous, provides good quality service, and has little down peak of it's business.

These factors include the financial aspects like Revenues, Profits, other aspects like Sales, Customers' loyalty and satisfaction, Production equipment, Inventory, Assets, Human Resources, etc. All such resources make up the value of the business. From monetary point of view, the most important value that a business can be assessed from is Profit that a company earn during a fiscal year, and from intangible values, Customer loyalty and satisfaction is the most important value that a business can be assessed from.
