The presidential system: Is a form of government that once formed the republic are set the three major powers, Legislative, Executive and Judicial. (These are responsible for the regulaing and enacting laws).

Parliamentarism: Controls the performance of the government elaborates and sanctions the laws. (The responsibility of the sanction and creation of laws rests only in the parliament)
