He spent 270 dollars. First i multiplied 110*3 and got 330. Then i had to subtract 600-330. and got 270.

Step-by-step explanation: If one night at the hotel costs 110$ and he stayed there for 3 nights that means he spent a total of 330$ on the hotel for the trip. Since he had 100$ left at the end of his trip that means he had to have spent 500$ Since he spent 330$ on his hotel and we need the total to equal 500$ subtract 330$ from 500$ to see how much he spent outside of the hotel. 500-330=170. So therefore he spent 170$ dollars outside of the hotel
