Explanation:

(goh) (x) = g(h(x))

Plug in

g(h(x)) = 5(√x) - 3

if x = 4 then

g(h(4)) = 5(√4) - 3

g(h(4)) = 5(2) - 3

g(h(4)) = 10 - 3

g(h(4)) = 7
