In the form of y=m+c give the equation of the line that passes through (6,3) and (12,5)

Second time posting this question so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated

first find the gradient between the two points.

`(y2-y1)/(x2-x1) \\=(5-3)/(12-6) \\=(2)/(6) \\m=(1)/(3)`

I will use the pointy (6,3) to get the value of c meaning I will plug n the points in the general equation together with the gradient.

`3=(1)/(3) (6)+c\\3=2+c\\c=3-2\\c=1`

`y=(1)/(3)x+1`
