If we look at 8's multiplication table we have,

8, 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56, 64, 72, 80

We can see that 2, 4, 6, 8 and 0 are repeated at ones place of the products whereas 1 is an odd number and similarly, 3, 5, 7, 9 are odd numbers. These numbers will not be there at the product of ones place.

We can go on to find the facts for 8 for more than 10 and we can still observe that the cycle is repeated for the digits, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 0. So all the odd digits will not be there on the ones place.
