Telophase and cytokinesis occur at the same time?

Telophase occurs before cytokinesis and are two different processes. Telophase is the last stage of mitosis where DNA is pulled to opposite ends of the cell and a nuclear envelope forms around the DNA. Cytokinesis occurs after completely splitting the cell in two
