Since the order of the outcomes don’t matter we also have to figure out how many different sequences exist.

Head, tail, tail

Tail, head, tail

Tail, tail, head

So we have 3 unique orders for the coins. Putting these two things together we get 3 times 1/8 =3/8 and this then answers your question.
