How do i make a graph based on the smallest amount of information given to me and-example-1

So for all of these they are written in slope-intercept form or y=mx+b. In this form m is the slope, or rate of change of the line, and b is the y- intercept, or where the line crosses the line of x=0. So for the first one, I would start with the y- intercept which in this problem is 5 so I would place a point at (0,5). Then for the slope, which is -10/3 and with rise over run we want to go over 3 down 10, because it is negative and put a point. then I would draw a line between those two points to complete the graph. I hope this helps.
