The equation is y= 30 + 0.25x

Explanation:

So y is your monthly cost. 30 is the constant because it is always a 30 dollar charge per month. Now it is 0.25 per minute so you need a variable, I like to use x but you can use anything. So we have y = 30 + 0.25x
