Explanation:

First of all go to a program like Desmos if you do not have a graphing calculator. Plot the given points. It forms a square more or less. That's on the graph I have enclosed.

Now to place the wind gauge, two of the coordinates will be the same either x or y depending on which side you choose. I chose the vertical line on the left and so the x value = - 1, the y value is anything between -1 and 2

Give the chance, I always choose 0 for anything. So the coordinates for the wind gauge are (-1,0). It's marked on the diagram.
