A pendulum has 951 J of potential energy at the highest point of its swing. How much kinetic energy will it have at the bottom of its swing?

Energy is conserved ... it can't be created or destroyed, and the total amount is constant.

If the pendulum doesn't encounter anything that robs energy from it ... friction in the pivot, air resistance, etc. ... then its kinetic energy at the bottom is EQUAL to its potential energy at the top.
